The Solution To restore factory-standard cooling, we performed the following:

- Genuine Parts: Installed a brand-new original LG OEM Linear Compressor. We also replaced the dryer filter to ensure no debris remains in the sealed system.
- System Recharge: Performed a vacuum pull and recharged the system with factory-spec refrigerant (R134a or R600a).

The Solution To eliminate the noise and restore proper airflow, we performed a full fan system overhaul:
- Dual Replacement: We installed two brand-new genuine LG OEM fan motors—one for the internal cooling system and one for the external condenser unit. We always use original LG fans to ensure silent operation and correct RPM.
- Cleaning: While the unit was open, we deep-cleaned the condenser coils. Dust buildup is often the root cause of condenser fan failure, as it forces the motor to work harder.
- Vibration Dampening: We checked all mounting grommets and tightened the fan shrouds to ensure 100% silent, vibration-free performance.
The Solution To prevent future leaks and ensure proper moisture removal, we performed the following:
- De-Icing: Used professional steam equipment to safely melt the ice buildup in the drain pan and trough without damaging the plastic liner.
- Drain Clearing: Flushed the drain line with a specialized solution to remove algae and debris clogs.
- Part Upgrade: Installed a new LG OEM drain heater clip (heat probe) to ensure the drain hole stays clear of ice during future defrost cycles.
- Full Inspection: Verified that the duckbill valve at the back of the unit was clean and functioning correctly to allow water to exit to the evaporator pan.

Heating element went out in our dryer. Uniqpro technician Dimitri was wonderful. He also found that white thing in the middle was very worn. He gave the entire dryer a checkup! He replaced the white thing at cost of the part. Very clean, affordable, professional. Fast response with accurate quote.
