The Solution To restore the oven's "brain" and heating power, we performed the following steps:
- Genuine Parts: We sourced a brand-new original KitchenAid OEM control board assembly and a matching high-wattage hidden bake element (no refurbished or universal parts).
- Professional Installation: Carefully extracted the double wall oven from the cabinetry, replaced the failed board, and installed the new heating element beneath the porcelain floor.
- Testing: Performed a full system reboot and diagnostic. The error code cleared immediately, and both oven cavities reached 350°F with perfectly even heat.
The Solution To restore professional-grade air circulation and safety, we performed the following steps:
- Genuine Parts: We installed an original KitchenAid high-torque convection motor and a brand-new precision RTD temperature sensor probe.
- Professional Installation: Safely pulled the wall oven forward to access the rear dual-fan housing, replaced the failed motor assembly, and recalibrated the communication with the main board.

Heating element went out in our dryer. Uniqpro technician Dimitri was wonderful. He also found that white thing in the middle was very worn. He gave the entire dryer a checkup! He replaced the white thing at cost of the part. Very clean, affordable, professional. Fast response with accurate quote.
