The root cause was a burnt-out Hidden Bake Element and a faulty Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD). The heating element beneath the lower oven floor had snapped, causing the unit to struggle to reach temperature, which eventually triggered a persistent, loud F10 "runaway heat" error code as the sensor sent erratic signals to the board.
The Solution To restore safe and accurate heating, we performed the following steps:
  1. Genuine Parts: We sourced a brand-new original Kenmore Elite OEM hidden bake element and a high-precision temperature sensor probe (no cheap universal components).
  2. Professional Installation: Carefully extracted the double wall oven from the cabinetry, replaced the failed element, and installed the new sensor from the rear of the cavity.
  3. Testing: Ran a full system diagnostic and a test bake cycle. The error code cleared immediately, and the oven reached a steady 350°F with perfectly even heat distribution.

Heating element went out in our dryer. Uniqpro technician Dimitri was wonderful. He also found that white thing in the middle was very worn. He gave the entire dryer a checkup! He replaced the white thing at cost of the part. Very clean, affordable, professional. Fast response with accurate quote.
